Mesa is a handwoven reversible jute checkered area rug in tan and linen white. Made by hand on a traditional loom, not machine made. The squares are clean, precise, and evenly spaced. Every strand hand-sorted and shade-matched, 95% of dark root fibers removed. At 3,300 GSM, one of the densest, heaviest jute rugs available. Firm and dense underfoot. Tight-spun yarn means less shedding. Edges bound on the loom during weaving, tucked in, not loosely stitched. At 0.47" thick, lays flat and won't bunch or curl. No lingering odor. Fits farmhouse, coastal, and modern neutral spaces. Available in 2x3, 3x5, 4x6, 5x8, 6x9, and 8x10.
