As our customer, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original condition.
- Defective or incorrect items: We’ll cover the return shipping.
- Change of mind: You’ll need to cover shipping both ways, plus a 15% restocking fee (or $10 minimum).
- Non-returnable items: Clearance and custom orders (unless defective).

Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the reason for the return. This step ensures your return is processed quickly and routed correctly.

When you contact us, we’ll provide:
- The correct return shipping address (different from our office address).
- A required Return Authorization Number (RMA) to include with your package.
Items returned without contacting us first may be delayed or ineligible for a refund.

To make sure your return is accepted and processed smoothly, please follow these guidelines:
Condition of Items
- Items must be returned in sellable condition and packaged similar to how they were received.
- Rugs should be rolled around a tube and wrapped securely with outer protective covering.
- Do not fold rugs — folding can cause permanent damage that makes them ineligible for return.
Do not place adhesive or tape directly on the rug, as it will damage the fibers.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot accept returns that show:
- Pet hair
- Dirt or grass stains
- Vacuum beater brush marks
- Visible usage or damage
- Stains or discoloration
- Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
Return Authorization Number (RMA)
Return Authorization Number (RMA)
Every return requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number helps us track your return and process your refund quickly.
- You’ll receive your RMA after contacting our Customer Care team.
- Please include the RMA inside or clearly on the outside of your package.
- Returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving your RMA.
- If we do not receive your return within that time, we’ll assume you are keeping the item.
Packages without an RMA may be delayed or ineligible for a refund.

Packaging Tips
- Use sturdy outer wrapping to protect the rug during transit.
- Roll rugs around a tube never fold. Folding can cause permanent damage.
- Do not place tape or adhesive directly on the rug surface.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, including items damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received, we’ll carefully inspect the item.
- If approved:
- A refund (credit) will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum) will be deducted.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 10–14 days.
- If an item is used, soiled, or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse credit.

Our products are made to last, and each comes with a limited warranty for your peace of mind:
- Jute braided rugs: Six-month limited repair or replacement warranty for the original purchaser.
- All other products: Three-year limited repair or replacement warranty for the original purchaser.
