A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable 24 hrs after placing your order.

The lead time is 4-6 weeks for rugs under 7.6' width and 12-16 weeks for larger rugs over 7.6' width.

Custom rugs are made to order and cannot be canceled or returned. Discounts and sales may not be applied to custom rugs.
